Our nursing program partners with trusted hospitals and healthcare institutions to provide students with real-world learning experiences. Through Related Learning Experiences (RLE), students are assigned to accredited facilities where they can practice their skills under the guidance of licensed professionals. These affiliations ensure that students gain hands-on experience in different areas such as community health, medical-surgical care, maternal and child health, and more—preparing them to become competent and confident nurses.

Tarlac Provincial Hospital (TPH)
Established to serve as a primary government healthcare institution in the province, Tarlac Provincial Hospital is a Level 3 tertiary hospital that provides free and affordable medical services to the community. It offers emergency care, inpatient and outpatient services, and specialized treatments. As a public hospital, it plays a vital role in serving underserved populations and in training healthcare students.

Jecson's Medical Center
Jecsons Medical Center (JMC) is a private, tertiary-level hospital in Tarlac City, Philippines, located along MacArthur Highway. It offers comprehensive medical services, specializing in cancer care, kidney transplantation, and various diagnostic services, and is known for its accredited residency programs and community-focused medical missions.

Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital
Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital is a 700-bed Level III national specialty and end-referral teaching hospital located in Santa Cruz, Manila, designated as the National Maternity Hospital and recognized by the World Health Organization as a role model for essential newborn care programs. Founded in 1920 as a six-bed maternity clinic, it has evolved into the Philippines' premier tertiary institution for obstetrics, gynecology, and pediatric care, delivering approximately 10,000 babies annually and serving as a national training center for maternal and neonatal health.

National Center for Mental Health
The National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) provides nursing students with hands-on clinical exposure in a leading psychiatric institution in the Philippines, where they encounter a wide range of mental health conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Students develop essential skills such as therapeutic communication, psychiatric assessment, medication administration, crisis intervention, and facilitation of therapeutic activities. The rotation emphasizes holistic, patient-centered care using the biopsychosocial model and trauma-informed approaches while fostering collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and strengthening
students’ understanding of the legal, ethical, and advocacy aspects of mental health nursing.

Central Luzon Doctors' Hospital (CLDH)
Central Luzon Doctors' Hospital (CLDH) is a 138-bed tertiary training hospital located in Brgy. San Vicente, Tarlac City. Established in 1962, CLDH is recognized for its commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services and has been accredited by various health authorities. The hospital is known for its modern facilities, a team of affiliated doctors, and a focus on patient-centered care. It aims to serve the healthcare needs of the community while promoting medical education and community health programs.

Lung Center of the Philippines
The Lung Center of the Philippines is a 210-bed government tertiary hospital established in 1981 as the country's premier specialized institution for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of lung and chest diseases. Located in Quezon City, the center launched the nation's first human lung transplant program in 2024 and introduced the first Thoracic Hybrid Operating Room in 2025, serving as the national referral hub for tuberculosis, lung cancer, and other respiratory conditions while providing charity care to over 60% of its patients.

Philippine Children's Medical Center
Philippine Children’s Medical Center is a Level 3 tertiary government hospital under the
Department of Health dedicated to providing comprehensive and specialized healthcare services for infants, children, and adolescents, particularly those from underserved communities. It serves as a referral center for complex pediatric cases and offers a wide range of services, including emergency care, inpatient and outpatient management, pediatric intensive care, and various subspecialty treatments. As a training institution, PCMC plays a vital role in developing healthcare professionals by providing hands-on learning experiences in pediatric nursing and child-centered care while promoting child health and wellness through preventive programs, family education, and evidence-based, compassionate practice.

Philippine Orthopedic Center
The Philippine Orthopedic Center (POC) provides nursing students with specialized clinical training in musculoskeletal and rehabilitation care at a leading government orthopedic institution. Students gain hands-on experience in managing conditions such as fractures, joint replacements, spinal disorders, and other musculoskeletal diseases while developing skills in traction care, cast management, postoperative monitoring, and mobility assistance. The rotation emphasizes patient recovery, rehabilitation, interprofessional collaboration, and health education, preparing students to deliver competent and holistic orthopedic nursing care.

Tarlac Medical Center (TMC)
Tarlac Medical Center is a Level 3 Department of Health–retained hospital and one of the largest referral centers in Central Luzon. It delivers comprehensive services including surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics. Known for its accessibility, it caters to a large volume of patients while also functioning as a training ground for future medical professionals.

GRACES - Home for the aged
GRACES (Golden Reception and Action Center for the Elderly and Other Special Cases) is a 24-
hour residential care facility operated by the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office National Capital Region, located in Bago Bantay, Quezon City. Established in 2010, it serves as an assessment and diagnostic center for abandoned, neglected, lost, and unattached senior citizens aged 60 and above, providing temporary shelter, medical care, psychosocial services, and family tracing interventions before reintegration or referral to long-term care facilities.

Reception and Study Center for Children
The Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) is a government social welfare institution under the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) that provides a safe, temporary shelter and assessment center for abandoned, neglected, orphaned, or abused children referred for protection and care. It meets the children’s basic needs such as food, shelter, healthcare, and psychological support while conducting proper assessment, case management, and planning for their reintegration, foster care, or long-term placement. As a training and exposure site, RSCC offers students valuable experience in child protection services, developmental assessment, and multidisciplinary care, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding children’s rights and promoting their holistic well-being.

Tarlac Community Health Centers
Rural Health Units (RHUs) in Tarlac provide basic community healthcare such as maternal and child care, vaccinations, treatment of common illnesses, health education, and disease prevention. They are important because they offer accessible and affordable healthcare at the community level, helping prevent diseases and reduce hospital admissions.
